Office 365 requires MFA or security defaults these days, which makes SMTP, username, and password not work for emailing from Manager. Microsoft says to use Option 3 here, which would work, but need to know the IPs that the cloud version of Manager sends from. A DNS name might be acceptable for SPF records if there could be one or several IPs that Cloud Manager runs on. Are you able to provide this information? I realize I could set up a mailgun account or something, but it would be a lot simpler to be able to use 365 SMTP relay on my end.
