Notes on Customers

Could I make a request,please for an addition to the Customers option?

Could a notes section be added so that you can record notes on customers? It could be accessed either via their name or perhaps via any of the options. not looking for anything fancy as long as it’s searchable

I was thinking of a more freeform notes section rather than one specific to the customer entry so that you could just enter their name and pull up previous notes
