Non inventory items

I am a new user of the desktop verson of Manager and am just setting up my Business in the program. I don’t seem to have an option to create a non-inventory item. Am I missing something??

you will find Non inventory items under Settings

I don’t have that option under settings. There is only an inventory items option.

Under Settings, not Customise

This is what i have under settings…

Non-inventory items will be visible only if one of these tabs is enabled:

  • Cash Accounts
  • Sales Invoices
  • Sales Orders
  • Sales Quotes
  • Purchase Invoices
  • Purchase Orders
  • Delivery Notes

It doesn’t make sense to have non-inventory items if you have no tab enabled that can take advantage of them.

A basic design principle of Manager is that it only shows you what’s necessary for modules you have selected. Read these Guides:
