Just wondering why I cannot add non-inventory item to the left menu summary area?
Only way is to get to it is settings… not a big issue…

The Summary shows accounts. Non-inventory items are not accounts. They are shortcuts for entering line items. See the Guide: Create non-inventory items | Manager.
