NO production costs showing in production orders

@lubos, I posted this under the thread “periodic revaluation for inventory items” and I got no response.
“after following your instruction to activate the periodic revaluation for inventory items, all the production orders from inception have insufficient inventory and do do not show any production cost. Further, under the Inventory profit margin report, it seems the formula is broken too. Kindly, attend to this matter. Or am I missing something?”

I need your help on this.

I have the same problem it just displays the cost as 0 on the Production order slip.
This started when I updated to 24.7.25.1755.

Is there a solution to this problem. This is very critical for me. Kindly respond @lubos. I feel ignored.

Have the inputs to your production order got a cost?

Are the inputs to your production order on stock?

Please show some screen images to suppirt your answer

Why gave you got insufficent stock?

This looks like an issue with the new Inventory Periodic Revaluation method. Works fine using the Automatic Revaluation Method and its just representation issue on Production Order-View even fine on ProdOrders Tab where it shows complete status, also Production Order does increase the stock for Finished Items.

Yes becuase you have to manually input that cost per unit using Settings-Inventory Revaluations. It would be even better if the amount column is removed from Production Order and it just deal with the Quantites and separate report which shows cost of Production orders.
Main issues which i know of

  1. Cost of Finished item should be shown in Inventory Revaluation Worksheet which is showing zero
2)Inventory Valuation Summary report not working as intended and maybe the profit margin report (I havent checked it myself)
I suggest you wait until these issues are resolved as i think developer knows about these.
