Hello @Sultan, Manager has no built in connectivity with printer or any devices for that matter. Manager (or Electron platform for desktop) only calls on OS print dialogue. Please provide the following information: Edition of Manager (i.e Cloud, Desktop or Server) Version number of Manager OS used and browser A screenshot showing the print dialogue A screenshot showing the OS list of connected printers/devices
