Hello @Sultan,

Manager has no built in connectivity with printer or any devices for that matter.

Manager (or Electron platform for desktop) only calls on OS print dialogue.

Please provide the following information:

  1. Edition of Manager (i.e Cloud, Desktop or Server)
  2. Version number of Manager
  3. OS used and browser
  4. A screenshot showing the print dialogue
  5. A screenshot showing the OS list of connected printers/devices

​Edition: I am using Manager Desktop Edition.
​OS: Windows (as seen in the browser address 26.5.25.3631
​Printer: I am using a Black Copper BC-105 (80mm) Thermal Receipt Printer

​The issue is that with the newer version of Manager, the print layout or connection does not work correctly with this thermal printer. Could you please guide me on how to configure the print dialogue or settings for this setup?

I can see the issue now.

The print menu for Desktop Edition is a work in progress and it’s developed internally, so it works a bit differently.

The screen you showed is only the page setup and not the final print menu.

To actually print, you need to click the print button circled in red and this should call your actual print menu

I also found out by tinkering with the new tool that the paper size selection is not available for all printers. I think this is an issue with separating the printing preferences from actual print menu.

To work around this, you can open a new instance of Manager in your browser and that should take care of that.

To open Manager Desktop in web browser:

  1. Right click on any link inside Manager

  2. Click on Copy Link

  3. Paste link inside your web browser address bar

  4. Continue from your browser

​I followed the instructions and clicked the print icon inside the preview screen, which successfully called my thermal printer. However, I am facing a major layout issue:
​Font & Layout Size: The printed text on the receipt is extremely small and illegible. I tried using the built-in zoom/size options in the preview to make it bigger, but it doesn’t change the actual print output.
​Page Format Issue: It feels like the system is forcing an A4 or Letter size layout onto the thermal paper.
​How can I configure the Desktop Edition’s new print menu to properly support standard 80mm thermal receipt paper instead of scaling down a large page format?
​Any guidance on how to adjust the width and layout for POS thermal printers in this new version would be highly appreciated. (Attached is a photo of the printed receipt for reference)."

I cannot tell for sure the case you have, but I can recommend using the browser as a quick fix.

If that doesn’t work, you will have to create a new Custom Theme for your thermal printer paper using AI.
