Hello everybody. I’ve worked for many years in the accounting field but I’m new to the Manager software. What is the fastest (best) way for a new user to get up to speed?
Also, I’m interested in using one of the paid options to service my clients with. I see that I can use domain forwarding to “brand” the URL, but can I create and use a splash screen that allows for my logo to be displayed when the software opens? I prefer using a branded product.
Read, the guide. if there is any question wasn’t cover in guide use search engine within forum. if it doesn’t help or the issue you have is yet to raise. open new topic with precise description for developer,moderator and technical users to help you.
Read the Guides. Create a test business. Play around. Explore the partner option, but understand your clients are then dependent on you for support, not the Guides and forum.
Thank you for the prompt reply and candor. I actually prefer that my clients are dependent on the resources I provide to them. Staying close allows me to provide the best possible service I can.

I use server edition and this is available in server edition. Im not sure about cloud and desktop edition.

Follow step 1 to 4 https://www.manager.io/server/installation/windows/
just create a file “logo” in png format and place it in the folder after step 3 and follow step 4.

I looked at the steps and screen shots at the link you provided. Creating a logo graphic in png format is easy, but do you know what the mechanism is that calls/loads the splash screen?
I didn’t see anything in the steps or screen shots that calls/loads a png file. Do I need to write code to display the splash screen?
As I mentioned earlier, you need to be set up as a partner, not just use the server edition.
