New Custom Field not appearing on Sales Invoice Total per Custom Field Report

I created a new custom field to track Sales invoice total per user. I have observed that the sales invoice total per custom field does not use the new custom field but uses the classic Custom fields. I had to create a classic custom field under obsolete features to do this. Sales Invoice total per custom field is a very useful report for many of my clients. This has to be fixed before the obsolete features are removed

Those reports are obsolete. Go to Sales invoice Tab and use Advance Queries.

Advance Query on invoice tabd gives you only list of invoices per your query and has limited options for the search. Invoice total by custom field allows users to set their own different custom field and get invoice totals per that custom field for any period you set. This is more helpful than than getting a list of invouces.

Go to Sales invoice tab and then Advance Query. Click Group by and select the Custom field which you need. You can also add and delete columns according to your requirement.
