New Custom Field linking of fields

I have created a field in sales qoute and sales order.
field name: job site

in the sales qoute i have filled the custom field : 35th street but its not appearing in sales order.
i want to link the field name & to appear both places when i copy the qoute to order

Copying between custom fields won’t work even if the field name is the same.

I think it’s good idea to support. It has been requested before.
