need option for searching every cash accounts
i dont think it was available in previous versions either. the search is available for transactions and not accounts.
use cloud edition.
This has been asked many times already, please use search on the forum to find relevant results 
It looks like you are misusing Cash Accounts. The Cash Accounts tab is where an account is created, not where transactions are entered. But your number of accounts exactly matches your number of cash transactions. You should not be creating a new petty cash account for every transaction. Unless you have multiple locations or a reason for physically keeping amounts of cash on hand separate from others (as in different piles of bills or cash boxes), you should probably only have one petty cash account.
