Need Manger version for 32-bit Ubuntu

@Ron_Thibault - read this topic. Not sure if its this topic or another topic (search for 32 bit) where @lubos put a link to a working version for 32bit users.

Manager does not start after recent update on Ubuntu

I’ve just updated and run into this issue [15:46:53] An exception was thrown by the type initializer for SQLite.SQLiteConnection (TypeInitializationException) when Manager tries to start. Manager is server version [16.12.15]
