I am not a programmer. But I can tell you that you will get no help showing only the result of your custom theme. And you will need to explain what you mean by “link values to the cells.”
It would help if your invoice made sense - Total excl VAT should be 10.000 not 2, 1% of 2 is not 4 etc
In any case, the fields you are asking for are not available for use in custom themes so it is most unlikely that your invoice can be formatted in the way you show

i want last two columns VAT Amount and Total Incl. VAT to be shown on printed invoice, while making invoice its already showing the calculation for both columns,
Information shown on the Edit screen is not the same data passed to the theme for display. I am closing this topic. Further discussion should occur in the topic linked by @sharpdrivetek.
