problem is which field calling for sales tax give me variable name on sales invoice …its hardcoded row wise

You will not be able to reproduce your spreadsheet in a custom theme. Themes only change the appearance of data already included on a form. And the sales tax payable amount is not populated on the sales invoice form. Nor is the value including sales tax unless the transaction is designated as being tax-inclusive. Even in that case, though, since the form does not include the tax amount, you could not break out the value excluding tax.
