Is it possible to add more email templates and to edit the text under ‘type’? I would like to make presets in a second language. I just can’t seem to find a button to add. Would also like to make a note of the language difference in the ‘type’ section rather than the subject but can’t seem to find a location to edit this text. Not huge issues but little things that would make it a bit more streamlined for me.

Email templates are very very basic at the moment. Having almost no variable support and only one template per document type.
So yeah, full variable support and multiple templates per document type is definitely something that’s going to happen in future.
