I know but we need check writing options and staff loan management options so what to do? How to manage this problem
For cheques, create bank transactions with pending status.
Then when the cheque clears, you can clear the transaction
To create a loan to an employee, add the loan to their clearing account
your summary should now show a liability of -20 (with the example above). A negative liability means they owe you, not the other way round.
You can use a custom template, printout the ‘payslip’ or ‘bank transaction’ onto chequestock. Ask your bank what the rules on custom chequestock are.
