How to recover for recent database ?

What do you mean by “Manager shortcut?” What edition are you referring to?
Hi ,
I create shortcut icon ( link ) for Manager Software on my desktop ,
When i want to use - double clip on it , select account name and recent database can see ,
Now i can see the data base latest of nov 2020 only ,
My last use at 23/09/2021 ( so in-between nov 20 up to now are missing ),
I using free version for my window desktop ( i not sure what edition ) ,

Your AppData folder must have changed to the default location.
Set it to the location where your business files are stored.
In windows do a search for files with .manager extension.
Your edition is desktop, as opposed to server or cloud. Version refers to a release number.
