Mt-940 import doesn't use IBAN as reference

I started using Manager since yesterday. Love it, but the import bank statement option doesn’t seem to work correctly for me. When I download the bank statements I have to change the extension of the mt-940 file to be able to import it (from .swi to .sta) . But after importing the statements it doesn’t use the IBAN number as the reference, it is also not in the description. Is there a way to fix this.
