Move Manager to new computer

I have a new Mac laptop and need to move Manager over to this. What’s the best way to do this.

First, make sure you have the latest software version installed. Then back up your accounting file on a drive that will be accessible to both computers. A USB flash drive will work. Next, install the same, latest version of Manager on the new computer. Then click Add Business and select the option to import a file. Find the backed-up file and select it. You’re done.

You didn’t mention which operating system the old computer is, but it doesn’t matter. Instructions are the same. The thing to know is that no data is stored in the program. All data is in your data file, which is what is backed up.

Thanks @Tut,

Both computers are MAC running OSX EL Capitan.

Thanks
