IS THERE A WAY TO SEE A SPECIFIC MONTH PURCHASE INVOICES?

It is not clear what information you are trying to include in your report. But your first filter is incomplete. It contains no operator or conditions. Try this instead:
Your report would then include a list of all transactions pertaining to purchase invoices in February. If there were multiple lines on an invoice, there would be multiple lines in the report. I doubt that is actually what you want, but you would need to furnish more detail.

i want to get all purchase invoices for month of February19
with
date
supllier name
amount
In Purchase Invoices tab you can use Search function with month and year to filter the transactions for any month and then export it to any spreadsheet program.
