There are some invoice number missing between when we see the sales invoice list wise, but we check individually its can see.

Did you try sorting by invoice number?
It’s not clear from the screenshot fragment provided.
Please check your invoice’s edit screen (which seems missed while sorting)
you might have selected “Closed invoice”
Even you sort invoice number, it’ll be all the way down if it is closed invoice
@Ealfardan Yes, i try to sort by invoice number, still not able to see the invoice number,
These are closed invoices. When an invoice is closed it will appear last regardless of your sorting method.
This is done to reduce the visual clutter and reduce work by not having to sift through lots of closed invoices.
@Ealfardan I never close invoice or months. is it automatically close invoices?

Good! Please note that Manager does not do anything on itself as it rightly so did not adopt automation. So errors like this are Human errors by users like ourselves.
