Microsoft Online Exchange

I have now gone over to Microsoft online exchange and using the free desktop version of manager,
I have entered the email settings like i had to but will add it here just to show but does not seem to work is there any other advise someone could give as i now frustrated

Use custom SMTP server

Host outlook.office365.com

Port 465
Use SSL

SMTP server requires authentication

Manager does not support port 465. Try port 587.
