How do you manage inventory in the case of a Tailoring business whereby material is purchased in bulk/ rolls and then storekeeper issues to the operations personnel. How can I enter a purchase of 2 rolls of white material at a cost of UGX.200,000= then i give out 1/2 a roll during the month?
Are you using production orders to account for the tailoring business?
If not how do you account for the sales of finished goods?
