I have macOS Sierra and having troubles starting Manager. Any suggestions? It was working fine on El Capitan. I downloaded the latest from website.

Fine for me, too. I noticed no impact whatsoever when switching to Sierra. Did you update exactly as described in this Guide?

Also, when you say “the latest,” what does that mean? Manager updates very rapidly. It is always worthwhile to update when you encounter a problem, no matter how recently you last updated.
