Mac OS Big Sur - Manager is not opening

After update my Mac to new operation system Big Sur my desktop Manager is not opening giving this kind of Error Message

Please help to run Manager !

Please post a screen shot of the actual error message rather than a transcription.

I just solved this issue

Just I needed to download Manager again and reinstall it - I had old version of Manager
