Which version of Manager?
Copy this URL
into a browser and see if Manager starts. Make sure Manager is in your applications folder.
Have you tried restarting your computer.
Something else on your computer is using the address Manager is programmed to use.
Looks like your version of Manager is rather old
Before updating I recommend you have multiple backups on separate disks
You are right, his version is hundreds if not thousands of versions behind. The latest can be found at Download | Manager and at the point of writing that is v22.1.3 or 3rd version of January 2022 while his own is v18.11.68 or the 68th version of November 2018. Your advise to first backup the data is extremely important. I am still curious if the link http://127.0.0.1:57674 worked in his browser.
@eko
The link you provided does not work for me, however http://127.0.0.1:55667 does, but only if the desktop version is already running.
