Is there a way to somehow save or store the emails which are sent from Manager?
I need to be able to access the emails which have been sent and cannot do this.
I think the simplest way will be to implement some sort of auto bcc function so you receive copy of each sent email into your mailbox too.
thats a good suggestion, however, is there currently a way to see what has been sent previously?
Check the latest version (14.5.12) which now contains new Email tab which shows email log of emails previously sent.

Where can I download the latest version for Ubuntu? If I download from the Manager site, Ubuntu will not open the file.
When you download Manager.deb, Ubuntu should open this file in Ubuntu Software Center and you should be able to install it. You can post screenshot of where you got stuck. Perhaps it will contain some pointers.
