If you have various bank accounts which are loaded as business, is there a way to link them up so that you the transactions can be linked up.

If you are referring to automatic synchronization between bank accounts and Manager, no. The reason is that bank accounts do not contain required information to populate Manager transactions.
The closest you can get is to combine bank statement imports with bank rules. Read the Guides:
