You should always use the same version because you can not exchange any of the files. The accountant would need to use a backup from your Manager business(es) account(s) and import these into his PC that should have the same Manager version as you. At that stage there would be no differences.
it’s a bit confusing to me, because how if the accountant him self updated his version (he did) and the issue became on his pc as well?, my understanding that this is a numbers and accounts and shouldn’t have an issue with the updates of the platform
Okay guys, thanks for the support. We have found where the issue is. It was basically because my accountant hasn’t fixed the exchange rate on the setting and it was on the default setting (1 USD = 1 MYR) while the actual setting was supposed to be (1 USD = 4.65 MYR), so once he did this setting, the app was well working.
