How do I edit the late payment fee that has been automatically added to the unpaid invoice?
Edit the sales invoice. Either change the Late payment fees field. Either change to Do not charge or change the monthly percentage. You cannot edit the calculated amount. If you want to charge a specific amount, you must add a line item for the late fee to the sales invoice, posting that line to some income account.
