@Tut is correct, he is always trying to help others with this knowledge and by providing information but he may not understand your problem clearly at times.

Finally my problem is my problem and I am responsible for the situation I am in so I have to look for a work around myself with the information that is provided from other users.

In my opinion that is by good design.

To explain:
There is a trade off between flexibility and ease of use. The more flexible, the more difficult it is to actually use the product as the user must chose the best way among many inefficient and wrong ways.

Manager is designed to encourage users to use guiding screens to do appropriate accounting tasks. The end result is Manager is easy to use for accounting tasks.

It is true Manager could be changed to remove this guidance. Doing so would make Manager an inferior product for most users.

To understand the benefits of Manager’s approach you have to actually use Manager as it is designed.

Please try using Manager as it was designed rather than how you have used other programs in the past.

@Patch

I understand what you say however we do always try to use a software that is very well designed and neat but at the same time it should also serve your purposes right.

Flexibility to provide support and understanding clients requirements and resolve them is what @lubos has been doing always. Improvements to make ease of access is the most important thing many big companies forget, we shouldn’t.

Thanks
