I’m using the cloud-based version and sometimes it takes more or less 30 seconds for the site to load. I’m only managing 14 different businesses right now.
Are you having the same concern? or is this something normal?

Me too and Have also noticed similar delays in loading site - only over the last two weeks or so. Has something changed on the servers?
It could be a result of many things, some of which are outside Manager’s control. So you might want to be a bit more specific in describing the case.
Information that could possibly be of value here are, for example:
- Whether you checked your internet speed
- Does this happen when loading the business or on loading the page
- Does this take place for a specific business or for all businesses
In case this is business specific, then also:
- Is this a business that’s used often or is it opened on rare occasions
- How big is the business file
- How many transactions are in the file
It’s just recently too. I don’t experience this before.
My internet speed is good. I don’t have any problems opening the forum site.
This happens on loading the main page. Once that’s loaded in though, I don’t have any problems anymore.
It happens typically on my first open of the page on each day.
That could be because of the server loading your businesa file.
I personally think that this type of load management as a feature because it preloads everything to the server so you have less delays afterwards as you just noted.
How big is your typical business file?
The biggest as of now is just 170+mb the rest are under 20mb
They’re not big at all, I have much bigger files and it takes my server less time to load these businesses.
You can restart your cloud server and see if that helps?

My opening pages took longer and longer - but you are right @Ealfardan !
I restarted my server using @lubos suggestion here
And it worked a treat - now loads in a flash!
