Stating Companies too Slow

I choose my company name and tries to start Manager but it takes forever to load? Do you know why ?

it was taking too long to load, but now I have downloaded the latest version and seems faster now, thank you

I am having the same problem again? Do you know how can I solve this problem? It is like this attached for 5 mins.

is there like maybe a cache clean or sth like that to fasten this process? I have no idea btw I am just asking…

I am stuck like this and not opening at all, is it possible maybe download an older version ?
