Issue with custom fields

hello it seems that cash account custom field do not remove payment method when i removed it in custom field.

can anyone confirm if they have the same issue? i uploaded the manager files as well screenshots.

You have not shown any issue. You have shown a case where you removed content of the field, but not the field itself.

It isn’t clear where the custom field comes from - you haven’t posted the totality of the custom field page.

Was there an issue with data from deleted custom fields still being stored on older forms?
