We have created 4 custom fields under Payslip Earning Items. The option to show all these fields on printed documents was selected. When creating a new payslip, only some of these custom fields show, as can be seen in the attached screenshots.
You are confusing payslip items with payslip custom fields. Only payslip items will be options as line items on a payslip. Odds are good you actually have no need for the custom fields, since they have no financial purpose and duplicate three of your payslip items.
