Custom fields in custom report

hello
i made a custom field to payslips and I’ve tried to make a custom report that contain the custom field i made but it doesn’t appear in the custom report
any advises ?

For example i made a custom field to payslips to track the hours of labor or employees
And i tried to make a report of wages of employees containing the custom field i made, but the custom field doesn’t appear
