Is there any place I can I hire someone to customize the 'custom theme'?

I have no knowledge of HTML or Liquid so I am not able to tap the full potential of the program. Hiring someone to do it could help a lot of us I think.

You need to resource that locally, look for people who do computer programming, web design etc.
