Invoices possibly not being received

Hi, I sent 4 invoices last week and the clients haven’t viewed the invoices yet (as I clicked on online copy so that I could track them). Is it possible that they haven’t received them because their email is filtering it to junk mail? If this is the case, how do I overcome this?

They likely didn’t receive those emails or they have received them in junk folder where they didn’t see them.

The best remedy is to use custom SMTP server or send emails from no-reply@manager.io. If you use in-built SMTP server and send emails from your email address, these emails can be identified as phishing attacks and filtered out by their mail servers. I’m probably going to make it so if you don’t use custom SMTP server, you can’t change from which email address these emails are sent from. This will greatly improve deliverability.
