I changed computers so upgraded from:
Manager 16.12.48
to
Manager 25.1.16.2026
Problem
My VAT number will not show on the Invoice
Also the Order number has disappeared.

That’s a huge jump skipping over thousands of updates in between.
Anyway, let’s breakdown this thread into two:
1. Order Field
the Order field has been made obsolete in favor of a link between Sales Order and Sales Invoice.
However, you can still create a Custom Field as follows:
This should work exactly like the old field.
This leaves us with previously entered Order data. You can find those by Batch Update > Copy to Clipboard and you should find the old data there.
2. VAT Number
Please show your Business details form.
