Hi Joe, here is the version 23.5.24.827. I am using Mac M1. Yes suspense account is empty.
What shows up when you click on the 1 in the Qty to Deliver column
it’s as if you had the Delivery Notes active at some time or another
Joe, we managed to fixed it. What we did was we enabled the Delivery Notes and add this item. Then in the inventory the Qty to deliver and Qty on Hand changed to zero. Then we go back to Delivery Notes tab then delete the inputted Delivery Notes. Then we disabled the Delivery Notes again under Setting Tab. Then upon checking on the Inventory Items tab, it seems it updates and it work. Please see image below. Thank you so much for the assistance.
If you had read the Inventory guides closely, you would have seen the note about enabling Delivery Notes and Goods Received

Hi Mark, from the beginning Delivery Notes is disabled. We only track item to received. Which we only enable the Goods receipt. We just followed Joe’s advise to turn it on for this issue we found. Then we work it around and disable it then it worked. Hope admin will check this as well as there might be some program related bugs. But thank you so much for the assistance. Thanks!
