Inventory on hands transaction details

i have notice a bug @ transaction details of inventory on hands items that any item on page 2 and above it show no details but its ok for any item at page 1

But your only screenshot shows it does. Also please provide essential information:

  1. Manager Edition (Cloud, Server, Desktop)
  2. Operating system if not Cloud Edition (Windows, Linux, MacOS)

Hi Eko,

I’m using latest version of ubuntu server edition … Also it does show the items, qty and total cost but whenever you click the qty or total cost it shows nothing if you are in page 2 and above

Qty on Hand

If you are using Qty to Deliver and/or Qty to Receive, the Qty on Hand shows your physical quantity on hand.

  • Increased by Goods Receipts.
  • Decreased by Delivery Notes.
  • Excludes Sales Invoices unless they also act as delivery notes.
  • Excludes Purchase Invoices unless they also act as goods receipts.
  • Includes all other general ledger transactions.

Note: Sales Invoices, Purchase Invoices, Debit Notes, and Credit Notes affect Qty Owned but have no effect on Qty on Hand. Conversely, Delivery Notes and Goods Receipts affect Qty on Hand but have no effect on Qty Owned.

ok im using manager server edition version 25.3.5.2142

and for qty on hand i know what is qty on hand and how it works @ manager but my question is in different area than your answer is , the problem is when you click on qty on hand or total cost as per my red arrow at my first post image it show empty details if the item at page 2 and above but if the for any item at first page then it show details without any problems

I hope you get what i means now.

Note: if i use search for any item in page 2 and above then it show the details without any problem because the item will be in page one.
