Inventory Costs are not being Charges as Cost of Sales

I have created production orders and the Unit costs are allocated in the inventory. But they are not being added in the profit and loss in Cost of Sales. Also, in settings, Inventory Unit Cost calculations, they are not showing. How can I settle that?

So what did you expect? Finished items are your inventory, and production is not sales just conversion of materials from form a to form b.

Let me clarify please. You are exactly right in your response. But my issue is that when I sell those produced items, their cost is not removed from Inventory and also not charged to CGS. Screenshot is attached for more clarity

Go to inventory tab and click recalculate, then recalculate unit costs for all items.

I haven’t tested it myself, but it probably has something to do with the “Also Act as Delivery Note” option on the invoice form.
