This is for the Windows Desktop. While this is the current version, it happened on the previous version as well. Thought I would try updating to fix the problem.

Have you restart the program, or be better if you restart the computer.
Can you confirm you see this error even after restarting your computer?
Thank you for all the suggestions. I have updated to the new version, restarted machine and continue to get the same error message. I have no idea what the error message means. It would be helpful if someone could explain the issue. Thanks again.
I was able to figure it out. I use Microsoft OneDrive and one of the files in the Manager App Data folder was only available offline. Changed it back to online and problem solved. Thanks
