i cant install Manager to my PC. I use Windows 7 Ultimate sp1 32-bit. Please assist

what dll is required and where are you downloading the install from? You may need Microsoft.net 4.5 client which you can download from the Microsoft website. Make sure that you are downloading Manager from the desktop edition page on this website
i downloaded the desktop edition from this site. not sure which dll is required
I would suggest that the end user first run windows update and update their operating system as maybe their is out of date. Your suggestion makes me wonder whether the problem is that he has an older version of msi installer installed and he needs to update windows msi installer for new msi versions! Run windows update first and delete all temp files in c:\windows\temp as well as c:\users\username\appdata\local\temp and see if that fixes the issue. Then do what is suggested in the youtube video.
