The number of entries shown in the Production Orders tab (4) does not match the number of production orders (3)

When no data is entered for a production order, the created order will add to the total number of orders, but it will not appear in the production order listing.

And can you delete the blank Production Order?
No, because you cannot see it.
Have you tried looking in the Batch Update download?
