Inconsistency in Transfer Money Input Fields

When transferring money between cash accounts, the dropdown menu for the Paid from field shows only account Name. That for the Received in field also shows account Code if codes are assigned.

Since users may be using cash account codes to distinguish between accounts, it would be helpful if both fields were consistent.

Fixed in the latest version (16.8.62)

I noted a small bug in implementation of this improvement:

While the account codes for cash accounts now appear in both dropdown boxes if they exist, the Paid from field still lists accounts in apparently alphabetical order. (I’m not positive that’s the scheme.) If one is using account codes to control order of presentation, the current implementation falls short. The cash accounts should appear in account code order as they do in the Received in field.

Fixed in the latest version (16.9.37)
