I wish to suggest addition of DIVISION and/or CONTROL ACCOUNT to control User restriction to a defined Division or Control accounts.

Which version of manager are you using?
Depending the version, you can set permissions on the cloud version and restrict access

Hi question is not how to set permissions but if this can also become an option for Division, etc as this is not the case now. The short answer to that would be possibly not.
