Hi-I have removed unused customers name from the customer list with Inactive button, but it is redisplaying in customer list. I really only want to include active customers in the customer list. How can I resolve the number of unused customer names from the customer list?
You can not, once a customer always a customer unless there never was a transaction related to that customer then you can delete it.
