Improving Customers Information by adding phone/ cell numbers etc

Add New Customer must be such that we can use the same information for sending offers and new arrivals in one click and if we need to call the customer at any point of time then customers information must be like a comprehensive CRM …

You can put in phone numbers, here is how:

Go to the customers edit screen.
What I do is put the phone number above the address.


Click update.
You now have added a phone number.

Now you may wonder how this looks on the documents.

I use this and it looks good.
It will look better with real customers phone number, name & account.

@Manager_User provided you with the simplist solution possible. You can also use custom fields for that reason, which will allow you greater control over where these phone numbers show.

Manager is not an ERP and is focused on accounting. If you need a CRM use one.
