Import localization settings and features for New Zealand Missing

Just updated Manager server edition to version 19.5.69 following guide Add localized settings and features | Manager

The trouble is after Country selection New Zealand there is no “GST Calculation Worksheet” from the drop down to select

If I select Australia I do do get the option to select GST Calculation Worksheet" and many more!
Also just to be clear this operation will need to be applied to each entity on the Server Version which wishes to enjoy the new forms / sheets etc Correct?
Any advice here please?

Every country is using different terms. In New Zealand, the report is called GST Return. It is there as you can see.
